However, we have world-class Systems Integration partners that we are comfortable working with and with whom we can deliver the timely and cost-effective solutions you need.

All of our engagements use an iterative development and integration methodology, where a complete solution typically requires from three to five iterations. Each iteration ranges from two to five weeks.

Before starting each integration iteration, we carefully specify and obtain your agreement with the scope and objectives for that phase.

We document all of our plans and manage our projects using MS Project as the key plan documentation, capture, and communication tool.
